Virtual and in-store appointments are still available but are not required. Appointments help us to maximize your time in-store. Thank you for wearing your mask if you’re not fully vaccinated!
The health and safety of our clients and team is our top priority. According to the CDC’s most recent COVID-19 safety guidance, fully vaccinated people do not need to wear a mask or practice physical distancing, except where required by local regulations. People who are not fully vaccinated should continue to practice physical distancing and should wear a mask unless they are unable to do so for medical reasons or are a child under age 2.
As always, we will continue to offer private one-on-one appointments outside of store hours for any clients who wish to have the store to themselves.

Sanitize or wash your hands for 20 seconds upon entry.
Let us know who you are bringing with you.
Minimize what is brought into the store with you.
Pay using touchless payment types, or reading your payment information to your stylist.
If you feel sick, please reschedule your appointment.

Store and Staff COVID
Policies & Procedures:
Our staff will continue to practice handwashing and other best practices as set forth by the CDC and the city of Denver.
We will continue to monitor the symptoms of our staff daily, and any ill staff members will be asked to stay at home.
We will continue to provide hand sanitizer and face coverings at entrances to the greatest extent possible.
Online Returns, Exchanges, & Gift Cards
Non-Final Sale items purchased online may be dropped off at a store location for refund. At this time, any items to be exchanged from an online purchase will be returned to the original form of payment, rather than applying as a credit to an in-store purchase.
Gift cards purchased online cannot be redeemed in-store at this time, and gift cards purchased in-store may not be used online. If you wish to convert an online gift card amount to an in-store credit, please email hello@aline-online.com prior to your in-store visit.
